I haven't covered these items in my Journal much, but I'll mention them for the first time: The Poptropica Paper Boy and Paper Girl costumes are now closing down because Early Access is ending! After quite a lot of time of waiting, I've finally got the Skullduggery Island Walkthrough (written only) up. I know it's not what you folks were expecting, but I'm too lazy for now to get myself to typing a huge walkthrough for Wild West Island. I've completed it, but now I'll have to type it up, take screen-recording (for the video walkthrough), and finally organize the picture gallery. It's just too much, but it'll be up soon. For now, enjoy this, and the upcoming walkthrough, Great Pumpkin!
I smell another good island coming... you wold too if you've been watching the Sneek Peeks in Poptropica these days! The latest one is a garden scene. I have no idea what it may be for, but if you get any good ideas, you can send them to me via the comments box below. I've gotten my hands on some pics of this latest island...  There'll be more coming up!
There's something new coming to the Poptropica Store: Prank Cans! Okay, I don't know what they are either, but they sure sound cool! They're gonna be available in four flavors: Dried Peas, Peanut Brittle, Mixed Nuts, and Haam. Mmm...  Prank Cans! My guess is these are going to be items you carry in your hand, like the soccer ball and telephone. Anyway, if my guess is right, it's about time they started carrying those in the Store!
So it's settled. Poptrickia is going professional and getting it's own domain name! It's gonna be http://www.poptrickia.net/, and it's opening on Friday, April 1st! I picked this date since it's one of those rare times (every six years!) when April Fool's Day is on a Friday. If you go there, then please give me feedback because while I'm not pulling my hair typing walkthroughs and snapping away at the "Print Screen" key, I'm improving my website and making it more eye-catching. So please help me, and be sure to visit!
The Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules has come out, and it's much better than the first one! There's also a video on Poptropica (go to the right of any Main Street to find it), and you'll get a special Loded Diper t-shirt (this one's for boys!) Loded Diper is Rodrick's band, if you don't already know. The movie's pretty gross, but cool, too! I will have the trailer up at a later time...
The second Diary of a Wimpy Kid movie, Rodrick Rules, has been released! I saw it today, and it was pretty fun. It's better than the book, and it's definitely much better than the first movie. I have the trailer up here... The reason I posted this is because the new island, Wimpy Wonderland, is based on and sponsored by this movie. I would definitely recommend this movie, the book, and the island!
This is a very fun advertisement quest, based on the new movie Hop (from the creators of Despicable Me.) There are at least three parts to this quest: the candy factory, Poptropica's Got Talent, and the candy hunt. I have cheats for all of them here... This is an exciting quest in which you are on a hunt for cryptids, legendary beasts whose existence is not yet proven. One helpful site is the Mews Foundation. This may very well be the most exciting Poptropica island ever created! I had lots of fun with it, and I hope you do, too.
