Yes, he definitely is. Why else would he give away the Dr. Hare's Secret Lab Card away for FREE? I shudder to think what will happen once Dr. Hare returns to Poptropica. In fact I'll be discussing that in the next Magazine post... which is not done yet...

In other news, the Forum is back again on Poptrickia after three months! I've decided I can handle it and spend more of my time on this website. And I also prepared a little advertisement walkthrough for you...
